Welcome to Hope City Church! We are so excited you are here, and we are excited to connect with you.

We exist to develop disciples who develop disciples to change the world. We do this by equipping our members to turn to God, grow in God, and partner with God.

We are grounded in our beliefs of the Scriptures, the one True God, salvation, repentance, the Gospel Church, baptism, communion, and resurrection.

Who We Are

On February 1, 2003, we launched Hope City Church, originally called Hope Christian Center. Through our ministry, we’ve become intentional about moving beyond just our street corner directly to the hearts and homes of the people we serve.

Frequently Asked Question

  • At Hope, it is important that no one ever misses the opportunity to encounter God because of the unwritten “church clothes” policy. We believe in you coming as you are. We want to make sure there are no distractions, no insecurities, and no pressures standing between you and your time with God.

  • We have virtual members all over the country. If you do not reside in New York City and can’t easily commute to our Baldwin or East New York campus locations, you can worship with us virtually every Sunday at 8:30 a.m. on our website and 11:30 a.m. on our website and YouTube page

  • We are more than happy to pray with you and for you. Please submit your prayer requests here. Someone from our Congregational Care Team (CCT) will reach out to you.
